The call to any telephone number that starts from "8" is to be PAID and calls to such numbers (long distance phone calls and calls to Ukrainian mobile phones) are available in the DE LUXE 1a, 1b, 1c and 1d apartments only. To have a possibility to call to any other country or to any other city from your apartment, you need to get Ukrainian telephone cards.
