BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Ukraine Accommodation accepts booking on the following conditions:

1. How to book
   
   
   • Fill "Check Availability" form and send it. We'll reply with links to provide deposit if apartment is available.
   • Provide deposit shortly after receiving our reply, otherwise selected apartment can be taken by someone else.
   • Apartment is considering as booked after deposit is placed and you received our confirmation.
2. Booking Rates
   
   
   • Deposit is counting as 15% of the total amount, but not less than a 1 night stay fee.
   • Deposit is non refundable, so, be sure you booked your flights tickets before making a reservation.
   • The balance must be paid on the arrival day in cash.
   • Security deposit $50.00 has to be paid on the check in. Funds will be returned at the check out after we check apartment and get keys.
3. Booking Terms
   
   
   • For 4-5+ nights we provide advanced booking system during the year except the period: July- August and from December 20th till January 1st. At this time minimal booking period is 7 nights.
   • For 1-3 nights reservation there is no booking in advance.
     
     In this case your booking can be completed by either:
     
     
     • Payment for 4 nights to guarantee the reservation of certain apartment.
     • Fitting in between other two reservations by booking an available apartment.
     • Calling us upon your arrival to be accommodated at any available apartment at that moment.
4. Check In/Check Out.
   
   
   • Check in time is 13:30, check out time is 12:00. If your arrival time is earlier than 13:30 and if we have a chance to let you get into apartment earlier we'll do it with pleasure. However if you would like to be 100% sure that you get into apartment on the early arrival, please, consider booking the previous night. Same condition is for the check out time.
   • If you check in or check out at the early morning from midnight until 6am, it has to be paid. The fee depends on the city and is from $10.00 to $15.00.
5. Inclusions.
   
   
   • All services and facilities listed on the certain apartment page are included into a price. Any other services have to be paid additionally.
6. Cancellation policy.
   
   
   • Accommodation reservation represents mutual commitment. From our side we guarantee apartment availability for the whole period booked and refuse other clients interested at the apartment. On the other hand we strongly encourage you to plan your trip before booking an apartment.
     
     
     • If you decide to cancel your reservation at any time or change your dates or change apartment your deposit will not be refunded.
     • Also the rent amount paid for the apartment is not refunded in case you decide to leave the apartment prior the date agreed during booking.
