The total area of this apartment is 75 sq m and it includes 4 rooms: living room with the leather couch and arm chairs, spacious master bedroom with the King size bed and other nice furniture, a small bedroom up stairs has the double bed, and the last room is "through-passage" one that is on the way from the living room to a separate kitchen. There is a pull out sofa at that 4th room. There is also nice bathroom with all the necessary accessories.
