Very clean, just renovated (finished in August 2006) apartment includes bedroom with a Queen size bed, a living room with a pull out sofa, a small kitchen and a bathroom. Furniture and all the amenities are new. There is a small lovely balcony overlooking the green quiet yard. An amazingly thick walls (up to 3 feet!!!) and huge old trees (100 year old) make a wonderful athmosphere inside the apartments: it's always cool in summer and warm in winter.
