Our apartments are perfect combination that offers peaceful, spacious accommodations along with world class hotel service. Kitchens are fully stocked. All apartments have Cable TV with and unlimited High speed Internet access. A maid comes daily except Sunday. Linens are changed two times per week. All of the above services are included in the price.

Security system: Perfect Audio/Video security system on the Main Door and Audio security system in each apartment.
Services: We provide a FULL hotel services at all apartments and MORE: daily cleaning, laundry and ironing of your clothes per client's request, a fresh towels every 2—3 days and bed clothes exchange every 5—6 days. If you would like to have fresh bed-sheets/towels daily, please, add $10.00 to the regular price.
Telephone opportunities: There are separate telephone lines at each apartment and answering machines in Rancho "Paradise" and Yacht "Gulf Stream". A short distance calls are included into a price, but long distance calls and calls to Ukrainian mobile phones are AVAILABLE and paid additionally.
Internet connection: You'll have computer and high speed internet unlimited included into a price in all of our Luxury Apartments. For those of you who bring Notebook and who uses Windows we'll help to connect to the internet from all our apartments.
